We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a pivotal member of our sales department, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with real estate agencies and generating interest in our sophisticated analytics software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Outreach: Utilize various channels, including email, LinkedIn and social media, to engage with potential clients within the real estate industry.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target real estate agencies to understand their needs and pain points.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize leads and opportunities effectively to ensure a steady flow of prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to develop customized strategies and solutions that align with clients' objectives.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes, using our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the real estate or technology sector.
- Exceptional written (and verbal) communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented individual with a passion for driving results and exceeding expectations.
- Experience working remotely and managing time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
